Greetings colleagues.
I hope i find you well. We would like to take this opportunity to thank members who managed to come for the scheduled AGM last Saturday. Despite the fact that the numbers we were expecting to attend the meeting was not met, we continuously appeal to you members to come forth to such meetings as they helps in strengthening the association’s mandate. Since few people managed to attend, the house agreed to move the Annual General Meeting to a date to be announced, but in two weeks time as per the constitution. This is to pave way for you our valued members to be available as we deliberate on issues concerning us social workers and the profession at large.
Minutes of the meeting shall be made available to you members soon , so that we familiarize with them before the next AGM. A notice regarding the dates and agenda of the AGM will also be circulated soon .
We are looking forward to have you all to the meeting . Our offices are open for those with outstanding annual subscriptions , don’t hesitate to visit us.
Together we can grow the profession.
